I want to release this under a dual license. One for non-commercial use and one for commercial use. The goal is to just make it so that if you make money off of my work, that I get paid as well. I don't really care how the code is used in noncommercial settings.

It has been decided that the PolyForm non-commercial license will be used with a separate license cor commercial use TBD at a later date.

The commercial license and fee structure are still in the works. As such I will be marking this issue as blocked for now. However, at the moment this is a low priority task as there are no inquiries into commercial licensing for this software at this time.
